Eligibility for Refunds:
- Duplicate Ad: If you accidentally purchase a duplicate ad, we understand mistakes happen, and we’re happy to issue a refund for the duplicate listing.
Exclusions from Refunds:
We want to be upfront about instances where refunds will not be issued:
- Change of Plans: If you have a change of heart about listing your RV on 10rvs.com or regarding any priority/upgrade options, we regret that we cannot issue a refund.
- Listing Errors: While we’re here to assist with your listing, refunds will not be provided for mistakes made in listing content or images. However, you’re welcome to make modifications to your listing through your user account, free of charge.
- Mistakes on Our End: In the event that we make an error when placing your listing, please notify us within 72 hours of the initial placement. We’ll rectify the mistake(s) and, at our discretion, make up for any lost time due to the error.
- Alternate Sales: If you successfully sell your RV through other channels or before your listing expires, refunds will not be issued.
- Lack of Inquiries: While we aim to connect sellers with potential buyers, we cannot guarantee inquiries or offers. Therefore, refunds will not be issued solely due to a lack of engagement with your listing.
